Growing Michigan Medicine union adds 600 to workforce of healthcare professionals
ANN ARBOR, MI – More than 600 patient rehabilitation specialists at University of Michigan Health are now represented by one of the hospital’s growing unions, officials said Wednesday.
The healthcare workers, including physical therapists, occupational therapists and audiologists were officially included in the United Michigan Medicine Allied Professionals in a Monday certification, union officials said.
